Congratulations to the winners of the 28th Annual Road and Bridge Safety Improvement Awards! The 2010 winners are the City of Meadville Diamond Park Island Traffic Calming; Susquehanna Township Kohn Road Collector Upgrade; Wellsboro Borough Jonathan C. Foltz, Jr. Bridge; and Pine Township County Bridge 113-Bridge Deck Replacement.
These projects are good examples of local-led efforts that improved safety for all modes and applied the themes of Smart Transportation. We congratulate the municipalities for their win!
